Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship across the EU, the UK and internationally. Orders are processed within2–4 business days after payment confirmation. From there: France and Germany in 2–5 days, the rest of the EU in 3–7 days, the UK in 3–10 days, and international orders in 5–15 days. All estimates — actual transit can shift with carrier volume.
Will I get tracking once my order ships?
Yes. A confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your order leaves us. If it hasn't landed within a day of your shipping notice, check spam before writing in.
What if my parcel is returned to sender?
Parcels come back to us for a few reasons, an incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs charges. Double-check your details at checkout; if a reshipment is needed, we will double check again before it goes back out.
Do I have to pay import duties?
Possibly, if you're ordering from outside the EU. Duties and taxes are set by your destination country and collected by local customs, they're not included in the checkout price and aren't something we control.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
