SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
You can revoke and return your orders within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Simply fill out the return form attached to your package and include it in the return shipment.

2. RETURN METHOD
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Include the completed return form in your package and send the items through a shipping service of your choice to the following address:

3. SPECIAL CASES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you need to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will assess this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the return costs.
Please make sure to obtain a proof of delivery and keep it safe.
For significantly worn or washed items, there is no entitlement to a refund or exchange.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used for the order.
The processing of a return can take up to 7 business days.
